ABOUT
Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, I moved to the UK in 2015 to pursue a career in film and television - graduating with a First-Class Honours degree in Film and Television from the University of Bristol, and then a First-Class Masters in Film Directing from Edinburgh College of Art.
I am currently part of the NFTS Sean Connery Talent Lab.

My latest film, Seeking, was made under the Scottish Documentary Institute's 'Bridging the Gap' scheme, and received a BAFTA Scotland nomination in the 2025 Short Film category. In previous years, I was nominated for a Royal Television Society award, shortlisted for the Young Scottish Filmmaker Prize at Glasgow Short Film Festival.

My films have screened at and received numerous awards from festivals across the UK and Europe, including Sheffield Doc/Fest, South London Film Festival, Encounters Film Festival, Saint Andrews Film Festival, and Wildscreen.

Alongside my independent filmmaking, I have also created work for a wide range of clients and collaborators, including BBC Three, Universal Music Group, the University of Edinburgh, Profoto, and Hasselblad.

Whether capturing the raw beauty of nature, exploring human perseverance, or engaging with themes of social justice, the same care and intent is bought to each project with the aim of creating work that is both visually and emotionally striking.
