ABOUT
Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, I moved to the UK in 2015 to pursue a career in film and television - graduating with a First-Class Honours degree in Film and Television from the University of Bristol, and then a First-Class Masters in Film Directing from Edinburgh College of Art.

My work has earned me a Royal Television Society Award nomination, a place on Rife Magazine’s 2019 list of 24 Most Influential Bristolians Under 24, and a shortlist spot for the Young Scottish Filmmaker Prize at Glasgow Short Film Festival in 2022.
Most recently, my film Seeking received a BAFTA Scotland nomination in the 2025 Short Film & Animation category.

My independently directed shorts have screened at and received awards from festivals across the UK and Europe, including Sheffield Doc/Fest, Andaras Traveling Film Festival, Encounters Film Festival, Saint Andrews Film Festival, and Wildscreen.

Alongside my independent practice, I have worked with a wide range of clients and collaborators, including BBC Three, Universal Music Group, the University of Edinburgh, Profoto, and Hasselblad.

Whether capturing the raw beauty of nature, exploring human perseverance, or engaging with themes of social justice, the same care and intent is bought to each project with the aim of creating work that is both visually and emotionally striking.
